WELL-BEING RESIDENCY NETWORK

BACKGROUND

Well-being Residency Network started as a two-year project (2018—2020) between five organizations from Latvia, Russia, Finland and Sweden.
During the first phase (2018-2019) of the project, four think tanks were organised, one in each country, in order to create individualized tool-sets for starting a well-being residency practice. In the second phase, the tool-sets were tested during monitored 1 month residency pilots. The tool- set and the results from the tryouts resulted in a publication - a methodology for a well-being residency practice.
